Common Questions
How fast will someone get back to me?
Our hours are Monday–Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Call (604) 359-1081 or submit the form and we will confirm current appointment availability. For a suspected gas leak or carbon-monoxide emergency, leave the building and call the gas utility emergency line or 911 from outside.
Do you service my city?
We cover Metro Vancouver — Burnaby, Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, North and West Vancouver, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, and the surrounding area. Tell us your city in the form and we'll confirm.
Is the quote actually free?
Yes. Installation and replacement quotes are free and written, with no obligation. Repair visits include a diagnostic call-out, and we always confirm cost before any work beyond the initial inspection.
What if I smell gas or have a real emergency?
If you smell gas, leave the area immediately, don't operate any switches, and call FortisBC at 1-800-663-9911 from a safe distance. Then call CANRO at (604) 359-1081 once the area is safe.
Prefer to just talk to someone?
