It depends on how many systems you have and what is covered. A single-furnace plan is modest; multi-system homes cost a little more but cover everything. We will quote it clearly when we recommend the right plan for your equipment.
Do I really need a plan, or can I just call each year?+
You can absolutely just call - the plan simply makes it automatic, adds priority scheduling and member savings, and guarantees the documented service your warranty requires. Many homeowners like not having to remember.
Does a plan cover repairs too?+
Plans cover the scheduled maintenance and give members savings on any repairs, but the repairs themselves are quoted separately and always with a firm price before we start. There are no surprise charges.
Can one plan cover both heating and cooling?+
Yes. If you have a furnace and AC, or a year-round heat pump, we cover the full system under one plan and schedule the heating check and the cooling check at the right times of year.
