Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Free in-home estimates are provided for boiler, furnace, heat pump and water-heater replacements. Diagnostic visits for repairs carry a flat service fee that is credited toward the repair if you proceed.

Do you offer government rebates for heat pumps?

A qualifying heat-pump project may be eligible under current BC programs. Check the program requirements, equipment and any required pre-approval before installation. The Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan are closed to new applications. The program administrator determines eligibility and funding.

How quickly can you replace a broken hot water tank?

Contact CANRO with the equipment details and whether there is active leaking or no hot water. Timing depends on assessment, equipment availability, access and the required work; confirm scheduling when booking.
