What information do we collect?

• What you send us: when you use a form on this site, call or email us, we collect details such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, the type of service you need and any message or photos you send.
• Service records: when we work in your home, we keep records such as the equipment, work done, estimates, invoices and warranty registrations.
• Website usage: like most websites, we collect technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site, through cookies and similar tools.

How do we use it?

• To respond to your enquiry, book and carry out service, and follow up.
• To prepare estimates and invoices, and to register manufacturer warranties on your behalf when you ask us to.
• To meet legal, safety, permit and record-keeping obligations.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

We only use your information for these purposes or others you agree to. We do not sell personal information.

Who do we share it with?

We share personal information only as needed to provide service or run our business, with:

• Service providers that host or support our website and business tools, including our web host, email, and an automation service that routes website enquiries to our team.
• Google, for website analytics (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and for maps shown on the site.
• Equipment manufacturers, when we register a warranty for you.
• Permit and inspection authorities, such as Technical Safety BC, when work requires a permit.

Some service providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and service records for as long as they are useful for warranty, safety and legal purposes, such as permits and tax records. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Phone calls and emails

When you phone or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can book and carry out the work. Please do not send payment card numbers or passwords by email or through website forms.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging service for their homes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
