An HRV brings in fresh air while recovering heat from stale outgoing air — essential for tight, modern homes.

Why fresh air matters

Tightly-built homes trap moisture and pollutants; an HRV continuously exchanges stale air for fresh while recovering most of the heat.

Balanced, efficient ventilation

We size and balance the HRV to your home for healthy air without wasting energy.

What to expect from a professional installation

Free in-home assessment. We evaluate your home and size the indoor air quality correctly — no guesswork.
Upfront written quote. Clear scope and price before any work, plus rebate options.
Permitted installation. Clean, code-compliant work by our own Red Seal technicians.
Commissioning & walkthrough. We test, balance and show you how it runs.
